Then the web staff confirmed with hotel manager no such change as said above.Until the moment we arrived, the hotel manager came & apologized there was no spare room for our booking (!!!). The receptionists didn t even bother to see who walked in to the hotel. The walls are very thin and as this is a low-budget hotel it had many young aussie-guests who consumed too much alcohol 24/7,with hammering at doors 5 am every night. No security at the hotel. You get what you re paying for.
