The staff became rude when I asked to be moved to a villa which was the room that I actually booked. The also refused me compensation since I had to stay in the bungalow room. During Dinner we ordered 4 dishes . 2 dishes they served within 30/ 40 mints. But 2 Dishes for our Daughter they cud not serve even within 90 mints. After that we had to cancel the order & Left the Restaurant . Surprisingly , when we are checking out we found they have claimed the total bills . Most disgusting moment we had in our life . My bungalow (#16) happened to face the path where everyone walking by had a view right through the sliding glass door which meant I had to keep my curtain drawn if I wanted privacy. I think the other bungalows did not have this problem. There was the thump thump of music at night but the air conditioner drowned most of that out." |
